fa تاثیر عصاره اسانس برگ زیتون (Olea europaea) روی انگل های تک یاخته ای ایکتیوفتیریوس مولتی فیلیس در کپور ماهیان پرورشی (Cyprinus carpio Linnaes, 1758) The effect of olive leaf essential oil extract (Olea europaea) on the protozoan parasites Ichthyophthirius multifiliis in farmed carp (Cyprinus carpio Linnaes, 1758) in Guilan Province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: کپور معمولی یکی از گونه های مهم اقتصادی از خانواده کپور ماهی بوده و پرورش این گونه به صورت متراکم در استخرهای پرورشی با چالشی به نام استرس همراه است که می تواند منجربه وقوع بیماری های مختلف ویروسی، باکتریایی، قارچی و انگلی گردد. یکی از انگل هایی که در شرایط پرورش متراکم همراه با استرس و تغییرات هیدروشیمی آب شیوع می یابد، تک یاخته multifiliis Ichthyophthirius است. این انگل به پوست و باله و آبشش کپور ماهیان می چسبد و باعث تحریک و اضطراب و ایجاد ضایعات همراه با عفونت های ثانویه منجر به تلفات در ماهیان می شود. اولئوروپین، که فراوان‌ترین ترکیب فنلی در عصاره برگ زیتون است، اثرات ضدمیکروبی خوبی در مقابل باکتری ها، ویروس ها و انگل ها دارد. همچنین علاوه بر خاصیت ضدمیکروارگانیسمی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی، عصاره برگ زیتون دارای خاصیت ضدالتهابی است که در بهبود آسیب های ناشی از میکروارگانیسم ها مفید است. هدف این مطالعه، خواص واثرات متنوع  این عصاره و تأثیر آن روی انگل های ایکتیوفتیریومولتی فیلیس در شرایط آزمایشگاهی روی ماهی های کپور (Cyprinus carpio) بوده تا بتوان از این دارو در صورت موثر بودن در کنترل، پیشگیری و درمان این انگل در مزارع پرورشی استفاده نمود. مواد و روش ها: به تعداد 50 عدد کپور آلوده به انگل خارجی Ichthyophthirius multifiliis با وزن 60-45 گرم در دو آکواریوم شاهد و تحت تیمار به حجم 1×1×2 مترمکعب آب با شرایط دمایی 28-25 درجه سانتی گراد و 7/2 pH به طور مساوی با شرایط هوادهی و تغذیه‌ای مناسب قرار گرفتند. ماهیان تحت تیمار با استفاده از عصاره گل میخک بیهوش شدند و میزان آلودگی آنها قبل از تیمار در آزمایشگاه بررسی گردید. نتایج: آزمایش نشان داد با افزایش غلظت اسانس برگ زیتون و مدت زمان، میزان تلفات تروفونتها بیشتر شده که این تفاوت معنی‌دار بود (5 0/0>P). همچنین آزمایش نشان داد غلظت های 0/5 و 1 و 5/ 1میلی لیتر از اسانس برگ زیتون در میزان مرگ ‌و میر لاروهای انگل تاثیرات خوبی دارد. زمانی که لاروهای انگل در مدت 60 دقیقه در مواجهه با غلظت 0/5 میلی لیتر قرار گرفتند تقریباً صد درصد آن ها از بین رفتند و تفاوت معنی دار بوده است (5 0/0>P). بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد اسانس برگ زیتون در از بین ‌بردن انگل روی سطوح خارجی بدن ماهی کپور تأثیرات بسیار مطلوب و خوبی دارد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Common carp is one of the economically important species of the carp family, and densely breeding this species in breeding ponds is associated with a challenge called stress, which can lead to the occurrence of various viral, bacterial, fungal, and parasitic diseases. One of the parasites that spread in dense culture conditions with stress and changes in water hydrochemistry is the protozoan Ichthyophthirius multifiliis. This parasite attaches to the skin, fins, and gills of carp fish, causing irritation and anxiety, and causing lesions along with secondary infections, leading to fish mortality. Oleuropein, which is the most abundant phenolic compound in olive leaf extract, has good antimicrobial effects against bacteria, viruses, and parasites, in addition to its antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, olive leaf extract has anti-inflammatory properties that are useful in healing damage caused by microorganisms. The aim of this study was to investigate the various properties and effects of this extract and its effect on the parasites Ichthyophthirius multifiliis in laboratory conditions on carp (Cyprinus carpio) so that we can use this drug, if it is effective, in the control, prevention, and treatment of this parasite in fish farms. Materials & Methods: Fifty carp infected with the external parasite Ichthyophthirius multifiliis weighing 45-60 g were placed in two control and treated aquariums with a volume of 1×1×2 cubic meters of water with temperature conditions of 25-28°C and pH 7.2, equally with appropriate aeration and nutritional conditions. The treated fish were anesthetized using clove extract and their level of infection was checked before the experiment. Results: The experiment showed that with increasing concentration of olive leaf essential oil and time, the rate of trophont mortality increased, and this difference was significant (P<0.5). The experiment also showed that concentrations of 0.5, 1, and 1.5 ml of olive leaf essential oil had good effects on the mortality rate of parasite larvae. When parasite larvae were exposed to a concentration of 0.5 ml for 60 minutes, almost 100% of them were killed, and the difference was significant (P<0.5).
