fa مروری بر استفاده از گیاهان دارویی به عنوان محرک رشد و ایمنی در ماهیان پرورشی An overview of the use of medicinal plants as growth and immune stimulants in farmed fish تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">توسعه آبزی پروری و افزایش تقاضا برای آبزیان، باعث افزایش تراکم پرورشی در استخرها و در نتیجه افزایش استرس به آبزیان و همچنین افزایش شیوع بیماری ها شده است. اگرچه تاکنون داروهای شیمیایی زیادی به طور گسترده برای جلوگیری از بروز بیماری ها و درمان آن ها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند. اما این داروها باعث اثرات منفی زیادی از قبیل آلودگی محیط زیست، ایجاد ضرر برای سلامتی انسان، ایجاد مقاومت درگونه های باکتریایی و انباشته شدن در بافت های بدن آبزیان می شوند. از طرفی استفاده از مواد شیمیایی و هورمون ها به دلیل عوارض جانبی، تجمع در بافت ماهی، هزینه بالا، دسترسی دشوار به آن ها، نیاز به جایگزینی مناسـب بـا ترکیبـات طبیعـی از قبیل عصاره های گیاهی احساس می شود. لذا جایگزین کردن مواد کم ضررتر از جمله فرآورده های گیاهی ضروری به نظر می رسد. فرآورده های گیاهی طبیعی منابع بسیار غنی از ترکیباتی مانند آلکالوئیدها، فلاونوئیدها، رنگدانه ها، فنول، ترپنوئیدها، استروئیدها و روغن های فرار هستند، که دارای خواص متعدد از قبیل ضداسترس، ضد قارچ، ضد میکروب، بهبـود عملکـرد رشـد، محـرک اشـتها، تقویت سیستم ایمنی بدن، تقویت یا تضعیف عملکرد تولیدمثلی در آبزیان میباشند. از این رو بهتر است که مدیریت بیماری ها در آبزی پروری بر پایه روش های پایدار و دوستدار محیط زیست باشد. دراین مقاله استفاده از گیاهان دارویی به عنوان منابع در دسترس، ارزان و دوستدار محیط زیست برای افزایش سلامت با تاکید بر رشد و ایمنی در ماهیان پرورشی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The development of aquaculture and the increasing demand for aquatic animals have led to an increase in the density of fish in ponds, resulting in increased stress on aquatic animals and an increase in the prevalence of diseases. Although many chemical drugs have been widely used to prevent and treat diseases. But these drugs cause many negative effects such as environmental pollution, harm to human health, resistance in bacterial species, and accumulation in aquatic body tissues. On the other hand, the use of chemicals and hormones due to side effects, accumulation in fish tissue, high cost, and difficult access to them, requires appropriate replacement with natural compounds such as plant extracts. Therefore, it seems necessary to replace less harmful substances, such as plant products. Natural plant products are very rich sources of compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, pigments, phenols, terpenoids, steroids and volatile oils, which have numerous properties such as anti-stress, antifungal, antimicrobial, improving growth performance, stimulating appetite, strengthening the immune system, strengthening or weakening reproductive function in aquatic animals. Therefore, it is better to manage diseases in aquaculture based on sustainable and environmentally friendly methods.
