fa پرورش میگوی وانامی در زه آب کشاورزی Culture of white legged shrimp (Litopenaeus vannami) in unconventional waters تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: یکی از پتانسیل های مهم در کشور وجود زه آب کشاورزی می باشد. به عنوان یک معضل زیست محیطی در کشور محسوب می شود. با توجه به عدم استقبال کشاورزان از این منابع آبی، بخش آبزی پروری می تواند در جهت کاهش فشار به منابع آب شیرین و هم چنین تولید محصولات آبزی پروری اقدام نماید. در این راستا، پرورش میگوی وانامی در آب های نامتعارف در استخرهای خاکی انجام گرفت. مواد و روش ها: ذخیره سازی با پست لارو 15 در مدت زمان 100 روز در استخرهای یک هکتاری انجام شد. فاکتورهای بهداشتی، سم و فلزات سنگین در طول دوره در محیط آب و آبزی مورد نظر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. شاخص های فیزیکوشیمیایی آب، تغذیه ای و رشد در طول دوره بررسی شد. از فاکتورهای رشد و تغذیه، میانگین طول و وزن بدن، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، بازماندگی، میگوی استحصالی و غذای خورده شده مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج پرورش در میگوی وانامی در طی دوره نشان داد که میانگین وزن و طول کل در استخرهایی با بازماندگی نرمال 0/54±23/43 گرم و 3/2±133/44 میلی متر ثبت گردید. در استخرهایی با بازماندگی کم، رشد میگوها به بالای 30 گرم رسیدند. ضریب تبدیل غذایی در محدوده 1/2-1/1 ثبت گردید. بازماندگی میگو در استخرها 80-58 درصد محاسبه شد. نتایج وزن میگوها در استخر خاکی روزهای صفر، 30، 60 ، 90 و 105 پرورش به ترتیب 0/005، 0/17±4/2، 0/26±10/85، 0/94±18 و 0/54±23/43 گرم ثبت گردید. هم چنین طول کل میگو به ترتیب 10، 0/97±78/3، 1/58±111، 2/2±128/97 و 3/2±133/44 میلی متر ثبت شد. بررسی نتایج نشان داد که شاخص های رشد و تغذیه در طول دوره پرورش از روندی خوبی برخوردار هست. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بررسی های شاخص های آب، بهداشتی، فلزات سنگین و سموم در میگو و آب نشان داد که پرورش در این  پساب ها از نظر مصارف انسانی در حد استاندارد می باشد. با توجه به پتانسیل پرورش میگودر زه آب نیشکر می توان برای اشتغال زایی و تولید آبزیان با رعایت استانداردهای آبزی پروری اقدام کرد. تامین غذای مناسب، تهیه پست با سایز و قیمت مناسب می تواند به بهره وری بیش تر کمک شایانی کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: One of the principal potentials in the country is the existence of unconventional water, which is considered an environmental challenge in the country. Due to the lack of acceptance of these water resources by agriculture, the aquaculture industry can reduce the pressure on freshwater resources. Also, the production of aquaculture products can take a step in this direction. In this regard, Vanami shrimp culture was done in unusual waters in earthen ponds. Materials & Methods: Stocking with larva post 15 was done for 100 days in one-hectare ponds. Health factors, toxins and heavy metals were investigated during the period in the water and aquatic environment. Water physicochemical, nutritional and growth indicators were investigated during the period. Growth and nutrition factors, average body length and weight, food conversion ratio, survival rate, harvested shrimp and eaten food were investigated. Results: The breeding results of Vanami shrimp during the period showed that the average weight and total length were recorded as 23.43 ± 0.54 grams and 133.44 ± 3.2 mm in ponds with normal survival. In ponds with low survival, shrimp growth was They reached over 30 grams. The food conversion ratio was recorded in the range of 1.1-2.1. The survival rate of shrimp in the ponds was calculated to be 58-80%. The results of the weight of shrimps in the earthen pool on days 0, 30, 60, 90 and 105 of cultivation were 0.005, 4.2±0.17, 10.85±0.26, 18±0.94 and 43±0.54, respectively. 23/gram was registered. Also, the total length of shrimp was recorded as 10, 78.3±0.97, 111±1.58, 128.97±2.2 and 133.44±3.2 mm, respectively. The analysis of the results showed that the growth and nutrition indicators during the breeding period have a good trend. Conclusion: The investigations of the water, sanitary, heavy metals and toxins indicators in the shrimp and water showed that the breeding in these effluents is within the limits of human consumption. It is standard. Considering the potential of shrimp breeding in sugarcane drains, it is possible to create employment and produce aquatic animals by following the standards of aquaculture.
