fa تأثیر ترکیبی مخمر نانوایی اتولیز شده (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) و پودر قارچ دکمه‌ای (Agaricus bisporus) بر رشد، فعالیت آنزیم‌های گوارشی و بافت‌شناسی روده بچه ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Combined Effects of Autolyzed Baker's Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and Button Mushroom Powder (Agaricus bisporus) on Growth, Digestive Enzyme Activity, and Intestinal Histology of Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Fry تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش تعیین اثرات مخمر نانوایی اتولیز شده و پودر قارچ دکمه‌ای بر رشد، فعالیت آنزیم‌های گوارشی و بافت‌شناسی روده بچه ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان  در مزرعه پرورش ماهی برکه طلایی ارومیه بود. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش در قالب 4 تیمار آزمایشی و هر تیمار با 4 تکرار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بچه ماهیان قزل آلای رنگین کمان با میانگین وزنی 2±15 گرم به مدت 10 هفته با جیره های آزمایشی شامل: گروه شاهد (تیمار 1)، مخمر اتولیزشده به میزان 2% جیره (تیمار 2)، پودر قارچ دکمه ای به میزان 1% جیره (تیمار 3) و تلفیق مخمر اتولیزشده 2% به همراه 1% پودر قارچ دکمه ای (تیمار 4) تغذیه شدند. در انتهای دوره پرورشی شاخص‌های رشد، کارایی تغذیه ای، فعالیت آنزیم های گوارشی (پروتئاز، آمیلاز و لیپاز) وشاخص های مورفولوژی روده (طول پرز، ضخامت لایه موکوسی روده و تعداد سلول های جامی شکل) مورد سنجش و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد افزودن 2% مخمر اتولیز شده و 1% پودر قارچ دکمه ای به صورت جداگانه نتوانست تفاوت معنی داری را در شاخص های وزن نهایی، وزن به دست آمده، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، فعالیت آنزیم های گوارشی پروتئاز، آمیلاز و لیپاز روده و شاخص های طول پرز، ضخامت لایه عضلانی و تعداد سلول‌های جامی شکل روده باریک ماهیان در مقایسه با گروه شاهد ایجاد نماید (0/05P>). هم چنین نتایج نشان داد افزودن هم زمان 2% مخمر اتولیز شده و 1% پودر قارچ دکمه ای در جیره ماهیان قزل آلای رنگین کمان می‌تواند سبب بهبود معنی دار شاخص های رشدی، کارایی تغذیه ای، فعالیت آنزیم های گوارشی و شاخص‌های مورفولوژی روده در مقایسه با سایر گروه‌های آزمایشی گردد (0/05P<). بحث و نتیجه گیری:  با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق، افزودن حاوی 2% مخمر اتولیز شده به همراه 1% پودر قارچ دکمه‌ای به عنوان پربیوتیک با هدف بهبود شاخص های رشد، کارکرد دستگاه گوارش و کارایی تغذیه‌ای ماهیان قزل آلای رنگین کمان توصیه می‌گردد.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: In this regard, the purpose of this research was to study the combined effects of autolyzed baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and edible mushroom powder (Agaricus bispirus) on growth parameters, digestive enzymes activity and intestinal histology of rainbow trout fingerlings (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Materials & methods: This research was conducted in one of the Urmia Rainbow Trout Breeding Farms (Golden Pond Fish Breeding). This research was evaluated in the form of 4 experimental treatments each with 4 replicates. Rainbow trout with an average weight of 15 ± 2 g were fed with experimental diets including: control group (treatment 1), autolyzed yeast at the rate of 2% of the diet (treatment 2), edible mushroom powder at the rate of 1% diet (Treatment 3) and 2% autolyzed yeast combination together with 1% edible mushroom powder (Treatment 4) for 10 weeks. At the end of the rearing period, growth indices, nutritional efficiency, digestive enzyme activity (protease, amylase and lipase) and intestinal morphology indices (villi length, muscle layer thickness and number of goblet cells) were measured and evaluated. Results: The results showed that the addition of 2% autolyzed yeast and 1% edible mushroom powder could not make a significant difference in the indicators of final weight, weight obtained, food conversion ratio, activity of digestive enzymes protease, amylase, intestinal lipase and villi length indicators as well as the thickness of the muscle layer and the number of goblet cells in the small intestine of fish compared to the control group (P>0.05). Also, the results showed that the simultaneous adding of 2% autolyzed yeast and 1% edible mushroom powder in the diet of rainbow trout could significantly enhanced growth indicators, nutritional efficiency, digestive enzymes activity and intestinal morphology indicators in comparison with other experimental groups (P<0.05).
