fa اثر ترکیب آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های پنی‌سیلین، سیپروفلوکساسین، تتراسایکلین و لینکومایسین بر بالا آوردن خون و ‌بندی شدن بدن در زالوی شرقی (Hirudo orientalis) The Effect of a Combination of Penicillin, Ciprofloxacin, Tetracycline, and Lincomycin Antibiotics on Reducing Regurgitation and Treating Segmental Contraction in the Eastern Leech (Hirudo orientalis) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: بالا آوردن خون و بندی شدن بدن زالوها ازجمله عوامل اصلی در بروز مرگ و میر در مزارع تکثیر و پرورش زالوها می باشد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثر ترکیب آنتی‌بیوتیک های انتخابی بر بالا آوردن خون و بندی شدن بدن در گونه زالوی شرقی  (Hirudo orientalis) انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش در مدت 3 ماه با استفاده از 90 قطعه زالوی شرقی در سه گروه تقسیم شدند: گروه شاهد (بدون آنتی بیوتیک)، تیمار1 (زالوهای کبریتی-آرایشی در معرض محلول آنتی‌بیوتیک ترکیبی) و تیمار2 (زالوهای طبی در معرض محلول آنتی بیوتیک ترکیبی). هر تیمار در 3 تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آنتی‌بیوتیک های مورد استفاده شامل: پنی‌سیلین، سیپروفلوکساسین، تتراسایکلین و لینکومایسین به‌ترتیب با مقادیر ۱، ۱، ۲ و ۴ گرم ترکیب شدند. از این ترکیب، ۲ گرم توزین و در 2/5 لیتر آب حل گردید؛ سپس ۲۶۰ میلی‌لیتر از محلول حاصل برداشته و به هر تیمار افزوده گردید. دوز هر آنتی بیوتیک در محلول نهایی شامل: پنیسیلین و سیپروفلوکساسین هر یک با دوز 11/5 میلی گرم بر لیتر، تتراسایکلین با دوز 23 میلی گرم بر لیتر و لینکومایسین با دوز 46 میلی گرم بر لیتر محاسبه گردید. مشاهدات روزانه شامل: فعالیت‌های حرکتی، بالا آوردن خون، بندی شدن بدن و بازگشت به وضعیت طبیعی ثبت گردید. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بالا آوردن خون پس از تغذیه زالوها، در تیمار 1 و 2 به‌طور کامل متوقف شد، درحالی‌که بالاآوردن خون در گروه شاهد به‌طور مستمر مشاهده گردید. بهبود علائم بندی شدن بدن، درحدود ۲۰ درصد از زالوها در تیمار 1 و2 مشاهده و علائم التهابی شامل: کاهش تورم، تغییر رنگ و بازگشت به حالت طبیعی را نشان دادند. حدود 80 درصد از زالوها هم چنان دارای علائم خفیف تا متوسط بودند. نتایج نشان داد سرعت بهبودی در زالوهای کبریتی و آرایشی سریع‌تر از زالوهای طبی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون ANOVA برای تعیین معنی‌داری تفاوت‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند (0/05α=). بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان‌دهنده اثرات مفید ترکیب آنتی‌بیوتیک های مورد استفاده بر بندی شدن بدن و به خصوص بالا آوردن خون می باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Regurgitation of blood and body constriction are among the main causes of mortality in leech breeding and rearing farms. This study was conducted to determine the effect of a selected antibiotic combination on reducing the incidence of regurgitation and body constriction in the eastern medicinal leech (Hirudo orientalis). Materials & Methods: The experiment was carried out over four weeks using 90 specimens of H. orientalis. The leeches were divided into three groups: control (without antibiotic), Treatment 1 (cosmetic-sized leeches exposed to the combined antibiotic solution), and Treatment 2 (medical-sized leeches exposed to the combined antibiotic solution). Each treatment was conducted in triplicate. The antibiotic mixture consisted of penicillin, ciprofloxacin, tetracycline, and lincomycin at doses of 1, 1, 2, and 4 g, respectively. From this mixture, 2 g was weighed, dissolved in 2.5 L of water, and then 260 mL of the resulting solution was added to each treatment. The final concentrations of antibiotics in the treatment solution were as follows: penicillin and ciprofloxacin each at 11.5 mg/L, tetracycline at 23 mg/L, and lincomycin at 46 mg/L. Daily observations included locomotor activity, regurgitation, body constriction, and recovery to the normal state. Results: The results showed that regurgitation after feeding was completely stopped in Treatments 1 and 2, whereas it was continuously observed in the control group. Improvement in body constriction symptoms was observed in approximately 20% of leeches in Treatments 1 and 2, showing signs of reduced swelling, color normalization, and recovery to the natural condition. However, 80% of the leeches still showed mild to moderate symptoms. The results also indicated that the recovery rate in cosmetic-sized leeches was faster than in medical-sized ones. Data were analyzed using ANOVA to determine the significance of differences (α = 0.05).
