fa مروری بر روند توسعه و روش های تکثیر و پرورش ماهی تیلاپیا در جهان An overview of the development trends and methods of tilapia breeding and farming in the world تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">پرورش ماهی تیلاپیا در جهان به‌سرعت درحال توسعه است. چین، اندونزی، مصر، بنگلادش، برزیل، فیلیپین، تایلند و ویتنام به‌ترتیب بزرگ‌ترین تولیدکنندگان هستند. تیلاپیا نیل Oreochromis niloticus Linnaeus, 1758 مهم‌ترین گونه تیلاپیای پرورشی است که به 114 کشور از جمله ایران برای توسعه آبزی‌پروری معرفی شده است. تیلاپیا رتبه سوم ماهیان پرورشی جهان را دارد و در سال 2024 بیش از 7 میلیون تن در جهان تولید شده‌است. استخر خاکی، قفس و تانک رایج ترین سازه های تولید تیلاپیا در جهان می باشند. راهبرد تولید و روش پرورش در هر منطقه باید بر اساس مختصات اقلیم، زمین، آب، انرژی، سرمایه، توانمندی و اهداف تولیدکننده، و با توجه به سطح فناوری گزینش شود. پس از ورود رسمی ماهی تیلاپیا در سال 1387 به ایران، پژوهش های متعددی در مورد جنبه های مختلف آبزی پروری آن انجام شده است. از سال 1397 مجوز تولید تیلاپیا در تعدادی از استان ‌های مناطق مرکزی کشور صادر شده است. توسعه آبزی پروری تیلاپیا در کشور در راستای اهداف کلان افزایش تولید آبزیان در واحد سطح و حجم، افزایش سرانه مصرف، تنوع گونه های پرورشی، اشتغال زایی و در جهت خودکفایی و حمایت از تولید می باشد. توسعه تولید تیلاپیا طبق دستورالعمل های فنی و با تکیه بر استانداردهای زیست محیطی، راهکار مناسبی برای تقویت تولید ملی، تأمین امنیت غذایی، اشتغال زایی و توسعه روستایی محسوب می شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Tilapia farming is developing in the world. Earthen ponds, cages, and culture tanks are the most common tilapia production structures in the world. After the official introduction of tilapia to Iran in 2008, numerous studies have been conducted on various aspects of aquaculture of black Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus and the red hybrid Oreochromis sp. The development trend of tilapia aquaculture in the country is in line with the major goals of increasing aquaculture production per unit area and volume, increasing per capita consumption, creating jobs, and aiming for self-sufficiency and supporting production. However, the development of this industry has faced limitations due to opinions from some experts opposing the introduction of non-native species, which has led to a lack of decisive decisions to issue permits and slowed down its progress. However, many ecology and environmental experts believe that the development of tilapia farming can transform the production and even protect ecosystems that have undergone changes such as increased organic matter, mineral content, and salinity.
