other بهبود شاخص های تولیدمثلی میش های نژاد مغانی با استفاده از هورمون های GnRH و eCG در همزمان سازی فحلی در فصل غیر تولیدمثلی Improvement of reproductive traits of Moghani ewes using GnRH and eCG administration during estrous synchronization in non-breeding season عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: در طول دوره همزمان سازی فحلی، تزریق گنادوتروپین هایی مانند eCG پس از قطع درمان با پروژسترون منجر به افزایش نرخ تخمک گذاری می شود. هم چنین استفاده از هورمون GnRH همراه با eCG ممکن است نرخ تخمک گذاری و دوقلوزایی در میش را افزایش دهد. بنابراین هدف تحقیق حاضر بهبود عملکرد تولیدمثلی میش های نژاد مغانی با استفاده از هورمون های GnRH و eCG در همزمان سازی فحلی در فصل غیر تولیدمثلی بود.  مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش تعداد 200 راس میش مغانی با میانگین وزنی 70 کیلوگرم و حدود سنی 2-5 سال در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند (100 میش/گروه). این آزمایش در فصل غیر تولیدمثلی و تحت شرایط نور طبیعی انجام شد. طبق برنامه همزمان سازی فحلی، اسفنج گذاری به مدت 14 روز در همه گوسفندان انجام شد. بعد از خارج نمودن اسفنج ها، گروه اول (شاهد) و گروه دوم (eCG/GnRH) به ترتیب 400 واحد بین &rlm;المللی eCG و 400 واحد بین&rlm; المللی eCG همراه با 2/5 میلی لیتر GnRH به صورت عضلانی دریافت کردند و سپس با قوچ های نژاد مغانی به صورت طبیعی جفتگیری کردند. بعد از زایمان شاخص های تولیدمثلی در هر گروه محاسبه شدند. تعداد بره های متولد شده از هر میش و وزن تولد آن ها نیز اندازه گیری شدند. داده های حاصل از عملکرد تولیدمثلی توسط نرم افزار آماری SAS و با استفاده از رویه GENMOD در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و معنی داری دادهها براساس آزمون آماری کای اسکوئر (X2) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای آنالیز داده های مربوط به وزن بدن بره ها از رویه GLM استفاده شد و p کوچک تر از 0/05 به عنوان اختلاف معنی دار درنظر گرفته شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو تیمار آزمایشی اختلاف معنی داری در شاخص های نرخ فحلی، نرخ آبستنی و نرخ زایش وجود نداشت (0/05<p). از نظر آماری گروه شاهد (72 درصد) نسبت به گروه تیماری (92 درصد) نرخ بره زایی پایین تری داشت (0/05>p). راندمان تولید بره در تیمار eCG/GnRH در مقایسه با تیمار eCG اختلاف معنی داری در سطح 0/05 نشان داد (به ترتیب 124/3 درصد در مقابل 110/8 درصد). نرخ دوقلوزایی در گروه eCG/GnRH نسبت به گروه شاهد بالاتر بود (به ترتیب 21/6 درصد در مقابل 10/6 درصد؛ 0/05<p). میانگین وزن تولد برهها در تیمارهای آزمایشی تحت تاثیر تزریق هورمون ها قرار نگرفت (0/05<p). بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتیجه گیری می شود که تزریق توأم GnRH و eCG در مقایسه با تزریق فقط eCG در فصل غیرتولیدمثلی در میش نژاد مغانی عملکرد تولیدمثل را بهبود داده و در شرایط پرورش مزرعه ای می تواند مقرون به صرفه و اقتصادی باشد.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: During estrous synchronization, administration of gonadotropins such as equine chorionic gonadotropin (eCG) after stopping progesterone treatment, leads to an increase in rate of ovulation. Also using Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH) with eCG may causes an increase in ovulation and litter size in ewe. Therefore, the objective of this study was the improvement of reproductive performance of Moghani ewes using GnRH and eCG administration during estrous synchronization in non-breeding season. Materials & methods: In the current study, a total of 200 ewes within 2-5 years old and weighting 70 kg in completely randomized design were allocated into two groups (100 ewes/group). This study was performed in the non-breeding season under natural photoperiod environment. In order to synchronization estrous of cycle, all ewes were treated for 14 days with a controlled internal sponge device (CIDR). Ewes in first (control) and second (eCG/GnRH) groups were intramuscularly injected 400 IU eCG and 400 IU eCG with 2.5 ml GnRH respectively, after sponge removal time and then the ewes were mated with Moghani rams. After parturition, reproductive traits were calculated in each group. The numbers of lambs born per ewes and weight of each lamb were recorded at lambing time as well. The reproductive parameters were analyzed by ProcGenmod using SAS 9.2 in completely randomized design. The means of all reproductive traits were compared by using Chi-Square test. Born weight of lambs data were analyzed using the GLM procedure and P<0.05 was considered as the significant level. Results: The results showed that there was no significant effect of hormone treatment on the estrus response rate, pregnancy rate and lambing rate (P>0.05) in non-breeding season. Control group had lower fecundity rate (72%) than the treatment group (92%). In eCG/GnRH group, percentage of prolificacy was significantly different (P<0.05) compared with control (110.8% vs 124.3%, respectively). Twinning rate in eCG/GnRH groups was greater (P<0.05) than the control (21.6% and 10.6% respectively). The birth weight of lambs at parturition was not affected by hormones treatments (P>0.05).
