other مطالعه مقدماتی اثر ناندرولون دکانوآت بر نماگر متابولیکی کلسیم خون و عوارض احتمالی بالینی آن در گاوهای آبستن سنگین انتظار زایش Preliminary study of the effect of nandrolone decanoate on blood calcium metabolic index and its possible clinical complications in pre-fresh heavily pregnant cows عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اواخر دوره آبستنی را می توان یکی از بحرانی ترین و حساس ترین مرحلههای زندگی در گاوهای شیری به شمار آورد و بهرهگیری از راه های پیشگیری و درمانی نوین در کمک به گاوها برای گذر از این دوره پرخطر ضروری است. هدف از این کارآزمایی بالینی، کاوش بر روی عوارض احتمالی بالینی تجویز ناندرولون دکانوآت، به عنوان یک ترکیب آنابولیک، در گاوهای آبستن سنگین و تغییرات احتمالی مقدار کلسیم خون می باشد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه تجربی در یک گاوداری صنعتی و بر روی گاوان آبستن سنگین انجام گرفت. تعداد 15رأس گاو پرشیر که به لحاظ بالینی دارای وضعیت عادی بودند، به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه 1 ، 2 و 3 دسته بندی شدند. در مقطع زمانی سه هفته مانده به زایش تخمینی به هر کدام از گاوهای آبستن، 4 میلی لیتر محلول سدیم کلراید 0/89 درصد به گروه 1 که نقش شاهد را داشت، و به ترتیب، مقدارهای 50 و 100 میلی گرم ناندرولون دکانوآت به گروه های 2 و 3، از راه زیرپوستی تزریق شد. هم زمان با پایش وضعیت و مراقبت روزانه بالینی، مقدار 10 میلی لیتر نمونه سرم خون از همه 15 رأس گاو در سه مرحله 1 (لحظه پیش از تزریق محلول سدیم کلراید به گروه 1 و ناندرولون دکانوآت به گرو های 2 و 3)، مرحله 2 (10 روز پس از مرحله نخست) و مرحله 3 (24 ساعت پس از زایش) جهت سنجش مقدار کلسیم گرفته شد. نتایج: به لحاظ بالینی، در طول یک سال پس از شروع مطالعه، کم ترین مشکل و عارضه غیرطبیعی از قبیل بی اشتهایی، کاهش تولید شیر یا سقط جنین در گاوهایی که ناندرولون دکانوآت را دریافت کرده بودند، مشاهده نشده است. میانگین کلسیم سرم خون افزایش آماری بسیار بالای معنی داری را  در گروه 3 نسبت به گروه های 1 و 2 نشان داد (0/001>p). بحث و نتیجه گیری: به عنوان نتیجه گیری، این کارآزمایی بالینی نشان داد که ناندرولون دکانوآت در مقادیر تجویز شده، منجر به بروز هیچ گونه عوارض بالینی در گاوهای آبستن سنگین انتظار زایش نشد و تغییرات بسیار بالای معنی دار آماری را در میانگین کلسیم سرم خون ایجاد کرد که برای روشن شدن ابعاد و جنبه های گوناگون این یافته ها، انجام پژوهش های تکمیلی جامع و گسترده بر روی گاوهای آبستن سنگین ضروری است</div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: The late pregnancy period can be considered one of the most critical and sensitive stages of life in dairy cows, and it is necessary to use modern prevention and treatment methods to help cows pass this dangerous period. The aim of this clinical trial is to investigate the possible clinical complications of administration of nandrolone decanoate, as an anabolic compound, in heavily pregnant cows and possible changes in blood calcium levels. Materials & Methods: The study was conducted in an industrial cattle farm and on heavily pregnant cows. The number of 15 dairy cows that were clinically normal were randomly divided into three groups 1, 2 and 3. At the point of time three weeks before the estimated parturition, 4 ml of 0.89% sodium chloride solution was given to each of the pregnant cows to group 1, which was the control, and 50 and 100 mg nandrolone decanoate to groups 2 and 2, respectively. 3 was injected subcutaneously to groups 2 and 3, respectively. Simultaneously with status monitoring and daily clinical care, the amount of 10 ml of blood serum samples from all 15 cows in three stages just before the injection of sodium chloride solution to group 1 and nandrolone decanoate to groups 2 and 3, 10 days after the stage First, and 24 hours after parturition, it was taken to measure the amount of calcium. Results: Clinically, during one year after the commencement of the study, the least abnormal problems and complications such as anorexia, decreased milk production or abortion were not observed in the cows that received nandrolone decanoate. The mean blood serum calcium showed a statistically significant (VHS) increase in group 3 compared to groups 1 and 2 (p<0.001).
