other بررسی حضور آکانتامبا در قسمت های مختلف کشتارگاه های طیور استان لرستان Investigation of the presence of Acanthamoeba in different parts of poultry slaughterhouses in Lorestan province عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: آکانتامبا از آمیب های آزاد است که به طور گسترده در طبیعت پراکنده شده است. آکانتامبا می تواند مسبب آنسفالیت و کراتیت باشد. این آمیب در زیستگاه طبیعی خود، یعنی خاک و آب، از باکتری های مختلف تغذیه می کند و نقش مهمی در تنظیم جمعیت باکتری ایفا می کند. بسیاری از باکتری‌های بیماری‌زا نه تنها راهبردهای پیشرفتهای برای فرار از مکانیسم‌های کشنده آکانتامبا دارند، بلکه از آمیب به عنوان یک اسب تروا یا مخزن برای منافع خود استفاده می‌کنند. پراکندگی وسیع آکانتامبا، آمفیزوئیک بودن آن (زیست آزادزی و انگلی) و بیماری هایی که ایجاد می کند، محققان را بر آن می دارد تا مطالعاتی را در زمینه جداسازی این تک یاخته ها مدنظر قرار دهند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی حضور آکانتامبا در سطوح مختلف کشتارگاه طیور انجام شد. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه، از 9 کشتارگاه طیور نمونه برداری شد. نمونه ها از آب تانک چیلر، فاضلاب و آب لوله کشی و سطوح میزهای سورتینگ (مرتب سازی احشا)، میزهای بسته بندی لاشه طیور جمع آوری شد. برای نمونه برداری سطوح از گازهای استریل استفاده شد. در مجموع 162 نمونه مختلف جمع آوری شد. نمونه ها فیلتر شده و روی محیط غیرمغذی آگار (NNA) غنی شده با اشریشیاکلی کشته شده کشت شدند. آنالیزهای مورفولوژیکی روی نمونه های مثبت انجام شد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">نتایج:  آکانتامبا از تمامی کشتارگاه ها جدا شد و 66 نمونه (40/7%) آلوده به آمیب بودند. این آمیب از 100% آب های فاضلاب در کشتارگاه های مختلف جدا شدند. پس از فاضلاب، بیش ترین آلودگی به ترتیب مربوط به میز سورتینگ (48/1%)، آب تانک چیلر (44/4%)، میز بسته بندی (29/6%) و قلاب ( 22/2%) بود. </div> بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به جدا شدن آکانتامبا از قسمت های مختلف کشتارگاه های طیور استان لرستان می بایستی نقش این آمیب در حفاظت از عوامل بیماری زای میکروبی مورد توجه قرار بگیرد. بنابراین در بحث ضدعفونی محیط این مساله می بایستی درنظر گرفته شود و در دستورالعمل های بهداشتی اهمیت وجود این آمیب پیشنهاد می گردد که مدنظر قرار گیرد <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: Acanthamoeba is a genus of free-living amoebae widely distributed in nature, associated with the development of encephalitis and keratitis. In its natural habitat, i.e., soil and water, Acanthamoeba feeds on different bacteria and plays an important role in the regulation of bacterial populations. Many of the pathogenic bacteria have developed strategies to escape the killing mechanisms of Acanthamoeba and instead use the amoeba as a Trojan horse or reservoir for their benefit. The wide distribution of Acanthamoeba, the characteristic of being amphizoic (Biodiversity and parasitism) and the severity of the disease motivate researchers to focus on the isolation of these organisms. This study aimed to investigate the presence of Acanthamoeba on different surfaces of poultry slaughterhouses. Materials & Methods: Samples were collected from chiller tank water, sewage, and tap water, surfaces of sorting tables (sorting out the viscera), and poultry carcass packing tables. Sterile gases were used for surface sampling. In total, 162 different samples were collected. Samples were filtered and cultured on the non-nutrient agar (NNA) medium enriched with Escherichia coli. Morphological analyses were done on positive samples. Results: Acanthamoeba was isolated from all slaughterhouses and 66 samples (40.7%) were infected with amoeba. Acanthamoeba had been isolated from 100% of sewage water in different slaughterhouses. After sewage water (100%), the most contaminations were related to the sorting table (48.1%), chilling tank water (44.4%), packing table (29.60%), and hooks (22.2%), respectively. Conclusion: Considering the isolation of Acanthamoeba from different parts of Lorestan province poultry slaughterhouses, the role of this amoeba in protecting microbial pathogens should be considered.
