fa بررسی دوشکلی جنسی در گونه (Crustacea: Amphipoda) Niphargus persicus Investigation of Sexual Dimorphism in Niphargus persicus (Crustacea: Amphipoda) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اعضای جنسNiphargus  از دوجورپایانی هستند که در آب های شیرین زیرزمینی غرب پاله آرکتیک زندگی می کنند. ویژگی چنین محیط هایی فقدان نور، کاهش نوسانات آب و هوایی، ثابت بودن دما و کاهش دسترسی به مواد غذایی می باشد. درجه تغییرات ریختی در گروه های مختلف دوجورپایان متفاوت است و تحقیقات کمی روی صفات ریختی به منظور بررسی دوشکلی جنسی در بعضی تاکسون ها به خصوص گونه های جنسNiphargus  صورت گرفته است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی دوشکلی جنسی در گونه N. persicus می باشد. مواد و روش ها: موقعیت جغرافیایی نمونه های تایپ این گونه در چشمه تیره باغ در مرودشت استان فارس می باشد. در این مطالعه محل سرچشمه با کلنگ و بیل کنده شد و سپس نمونه ها با استفاده از صافی و تورهای تیره از شن و ماسه جدا و با الکل تثبیت شدند. سپس جنسیت نمونه ها تعیین شد. در ادامه به منظور بررسی ویژگی های تشخیصی گونه  و مقایسه صفات بین نمونه های نر و ماده، قطعات بدنی جانور به وسیله سوزن های تشریح در زیر لوب از هم جدا شدند و لام‌‌های آماده شده زیر استریومیکروسکوپ (SZX9) Olympus مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتایج: در مرحله نخست نمونه ها براساس صفات اولیه جنسی یعنی حضور زوائد جفتگیری بین پاهای سینه ای هفت برای جنس نر و حضور کیسه های مارسوپیوم بین پاهای سینه ای پنج تا هفت برای جنس ماده از هم جدا شدند. نتایج حاصل از بررسی و مقایسه صفات ریختی نشان داد که در این گونه دوشکلی جنسی در صفاتی چون اندازه بدن، اندازه شاخک یک، نسبت بند دیستال به پروکسیمال شاخه خارجی پای دمی سه، شکل و اندازه پاهای گیره ای یک و دو، تعداد خارهای راسی و جانبی تلسون و تعداد دندانه های جانبی در صفحه خارجی آرواره تحتانی یک وجود دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تفاوت های ریختی مشاهده شده بین نمونه های نر و ماده در این مطالعه بایستی گفت دوشکلی جنسی در گونه N. persicus وجود دارد. این تفاوت ها به خصوص در نمونه های نر جز تفاوت های عملکردی بوده و روند جفت گیری را تسهیل می کنند. هم چنین با توجه به اهمیت و نقش صفات دوریختی در تاکسونومی هرگونه، بررسی و مطالعه جامع این صفات، امکان شناسایی جمعیت های مختلف این گونه بر اساس جنسیت افراد ماده را نیز فراهم می کند.</div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: Members of the genus Niphargus are crustaceans that live in fresh underground waters in the western Palearctic of Iran. These environments are characterized by the absence of light, stable climate, constant temperature, and limited food supply. The degree of morphological variation in different groups of crustaceans varies, and quantitative research on morphological traits has been conducted to investigate sexual dimorphism in some taxa, especially in species of the genus Niphargus. The aim of this research is to investigate sexual dimorphism in N. persicus species. Materials & Methods: The geographic location of the type specimens of species is in the Tire Bagh Spring in Marvdasht City, Fars province. In this study, the source location of this spring was excavated with a pickaxe and shovel, and the specimens were separated from the sand and gravel using a sieve and dark nets and fixed with alcohol. Subsequently, the gender of the specimens was determined. Then, examine the diagnostic characteristics of the species and compare the traits between male and female specimens, the animal body parts were dissected using dissecting needles and separated from each other under a stereomicroscope (SZX9) Olympus, and the prepared slides were studied. Results: In the first step, samples were sorted based on primary sexual traits, namely the presence of genital papillae between pereopods VII for males and marsupial pouches between pereopods V to VII for females. The results of the analysis and comparison of morphological traits showed that there is sexual dimorphism in this species in traits such as body size, the length of the first antenna, the ratio of distal to proximal articles of the uropod III, the shape and size of the gnathopods I-II, the number of distal and lateral spines on the telson, and the number of lateral projections on the outer lobe spines in Maxilla I. Discussion: Based on the observed morphological differences between male and female specimens in this study, it can be concluded that there is sexual dimorphism in N. persicus species. These differences, particularly in male specimens, are functional and facilitate the mating process.
