fa ارزیابی زیستی و آلودگی رودخانه تجن با استفاده از درشت بی مهرگان کف زی Biological and saprobic evaluation of Tajan River using benthic macroinvertebrates تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: رودخانه تجن با طول حدود 120 کیلومتر واقع در استان مازندران از ارتفاعات البرز سرچشمه گرفته و به دریای خزر منتهی می شود. مواد و روش ها: با توجه به شرایط لیمنولوژیک رودخانه و استقرار منابع آلاینده در حاشیه رودخانه، 9 ایستگاه مطالعاتی در دو فصل زمستان و تابستان (بهمن‌ماه 1399 و تیرماه 1400) انتخاب و با استفاده از دستگاه سوربر، نمونه برداری از درشت بی مهرگان کف زی انجام شد. علاوه بر نمونه‌برداری زیستی، جهت بررسی ارتباط برخی پارامترهای فیزیکوشیمیایی نظیر: دما، ORP، EC، TSS، TDS و DO با نوسانات جوامع درشت بی مهرگان کف زیHFBI ، نمونه آب جمع‌آوری شد. فاکتورهای فیزیکوشیمیایی در محل نمونه‌برداری با استفاده از دستگاه های پرتابل آنالیز گردید. نتایج: پس از شناسایی و شمارش نمونه‌های کف زیان از ایستگاه های مورد مطالعه میزان آلودگی آب و شاخص زیستی Z با استفاده از فرمول بور و با توجه به جدول هیلسنهوف ارزیابی شد. براساس نتایج، مقادیر DO و ORP از بالادست به پایین دست رودخانه کاهش یافت اما مقادیر دما، EC، TSS و TDS افزایش پیدا کرد، که علت آن افزایش فعالیت های کشاورزی و ورود آلاینده های شهری و صنعتی به پایین دست رودخانه تجن بود. در این مطالعه، بیش ترین فراوانی مربوط به جنس هایی از راسته های Ephemeroptera، Trichoptera و Bosommatophora بود. شرایط ساپروبی رودخانه در فصل سرد از بالادست به پایین دست به سمت پلی‌ساپروبی رفته و در فصل گرم در بین ایستگاه ها نوسان مشاهده گردید. بحث و نتیجه گیری: به‌طورکلی، با درنظرگرفتن شاخص Z، در فصل سرد در ایستگاههای بالادست به علت کوهستانی بودن و عدم دخالت های انسانی، آب از کیفیت بهتری برخوردار و گونه های شاخص آبهای الیگوتروف غالب بودند. در ایستگاه های پایین‌دست در فصل سرد و هم چنین در تمام ایستگاه ها در فصل گرم به ‌دلیل حضور مواد آلاینده مختلف و تغیرات دما، گونه های مقاوم به   آلودگی در ایستگاه ها غالب بودند. براساس شاخص زیستی هیلسنهوف وضعیت کیفی آب رودخانه تجن در فصل سرد در حد خوب و نسبتاً ضعیف و در فصل گرم در حد ضعیف و خیلی ضعیف ارزیابی شد.</div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: Tajan River with a length of about 120km located in Mazandaran province originates from the heights of Alborz and leads to the Caspian Sea. Materials & Methods: According to the limnological conditions of the river and the establishment of polluting sources on the banks of the river, 9 study stations were selected in two seasons, winter and summer (January 2021 and June 2021), and using a Sorber device, sampling of large benthic invertebrates was carried out. In addition to biological sampling, water samples were taken to investigate the relationship of some physicochemical parameters such as: temperature, ORP, EC, TSS, TDS and DO with the fluctuations of HFBI macrobenthic communities. Physicochemical factors were analyzed at the sampling site using portable devices. Results: After identifying and counting benthic samples from the studied stations, water pollution and biological index Z were evaluated using Bohr's formula and according to the Hilsenhof table. Based on the results, the values of DO and ORP decreased from the upstream to the downstream of the river, and on the contrary, the values of temperature, EC, TSS and TDS increased, which is due to the increase in agricultural activities and the entry of urban and industrial pollutants into the downstream of the Tajan river. In this study, the highest frequency was related to species from the orders of Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera and Bosommatophora. The saprobic conditions of the river went from upstream to downstream in the cold season to polysaprobic and in the warm season, fluctuations were observed among the stations. Conclusion: In general, considering the Z index, in the cold season in the upstream stations due to the mountainous nature and lack of human interference, the water has a better quality and the indicator species of the oligotrophic waters were dominant. In the downstream stations in the cold season and also in all the stations in the hot season, due to the presence of various pollutants and temperature changes, pollution-resistant species prevailed in the stations.
