fa بررسی تجمع و سطوح خطر سه فلز سمی (سرب، کادمیوم و روی) در عضلات میگوی پا سفید غربی (Litopenaeus vannamei) در مزارع پرورشی منطقه گوردیم Accumulation and Risk Levels of Three Toxic Metals (Lead, Cadmium and Zinc) in the Muscles of Western Whiteleg Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) in the Aquaculture Farms of Gourdim Region تخصصي Special مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: فلزات سنگین می‌توانند بر میگوهای پرورشی تأثیرات مخربی داشته باشند. این فلزات شامل سرب، کادمیوم و روی هستند و ممکن است به صورت آلودگی وارد آب و استخرهای پرورش میگوها شوند. غلظت بالای فلزات سنگین در آب و محیط زیست می‌تواند بر رشد، سلامت و عملکرد میگوها تأثیر منفی بگذارد. برای جلوگیری از اثرات مخرب فلزات سنگین بر میگوهای پرورشی، کنترل دقیق آب ورودی و خروجی، تنظیم رژیم غذایی و مدیریت مناسب فاضلاب و ضایعات ضروری است. مطالعه حاضر تجمع و سطوح خطر سه فلز سمی، یعنی سرب، کادمیوم و روی، در عضلات میگوی پا سفید غربی (Litopenaeus vannamei) در مزارع پرورشی منطقه گوردیم را بررسی کرده است. مواد و روش ها: عملیات نمونه‌برداری در سه استخر A (تنها با جیره غذای کنسانتره)، B (کنسانتره+1% پروبیوتیک) و C (کنسانتره +2% پروبیوتیک) با سه بار تکرار انجام شد. نمونه‌ها پس از جداسازی عضلات در آزمایشگاه هضم شدند و سپس با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی، غلظت فلزات سنگین اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج: یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که توالی غلظت فلزات سنگین در بافت عضله میگو به صورت زیر بود: روی>سرب>کادمیوم. هم چنین، تنها غلظت فلز سرب در استخرهای فایبرگلاس (0/012±0/067 میلی گرم بر لیتر) به طور معنی‌داری کم تر از استخرهای خاکی (میانگین 0/013±0/070 میلی گرم بر لیتر) مشاهده شد. اما تفاوت معنی‌داری در غلظت فلزات روی و کادمیوم بین دو نوع استخر مشاهده نشد. در استخرهای خاکی، غلظت فلزات در عضله میگو به شرح زیر بود: فلز روی (0/08±14/18 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم)، سرب (0/012±0/07 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) و کادمیوم (0/001±0/004 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم). در استخرهای فایبرگلاس، غلظت فلزات به شرح زیر بود: فلز روی (0/22±14/21 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم)، سرب (0/012±0/067 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) و کادمیوم (0/001±0/003 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم). بحث و نتیجه گیری: به طورکلی، غلظت تمامی فلزات در استخرهای شاهد و حاوی پروبیوتیک کم تر از مقدار مجاز بود. بنابراین، توصیه می‌شود اقدامات کنترلی مناسب، از جمله نظارت بر رژیم غذایی میگوها و کنترل آب ورودی و خروجی استخرها، به منظور کاهش حاوی فلزات مضر در این گونه میگوها انجام شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Heavy metals can have detrimental effects on farmed shrimps. These metals, such as lead, cadmium, and zinc, may enter shrimp farming ponds as contaminants. High concentrations of heavy metals in the water and environment can negatively impact the growth, health, and performance of shrimps. To prevent the adverse effects of heavy metals on farmed shrimps, it is crucial to control water input and output, regulate feeding regimes, and manage wastewater and waste properly. The present study investigated the accumulation and risk levels of three toxic metals, namely lead, cadmium, and zinc, in the muscles of Litopenaeus vannamei (western whiteleg shrimp) in the aquaculture farms of Gourdim region. Materials & methods: Sampling was conducted in three ponds labeled as A (fed with concentrated feed only), B (concentrated feed + 1% probiotic), and C (concentrated feed + 2% probiotic), with three repetitions. After muscle separation in the laboratory, the metal concentrations were measured using atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results: The findings of this research revealed the following sequence of heavy metal concentrations in shrimp muscle tissue: zinc> lead> cadmium. Additionally, only the concentration of lead was significantly lower in fiberglass ponds (0.067±0.012 mg/l) compared to soil ponds (0.07±0.013 mg/l). However, no significant difference was observed in the concentrations of zinc and cadmium between the two types of ponds. In soil ponds, the metal concentrations in shrimp muscle were as follows: zinc (14.18±0.08 mg/kg), lead (0.07±0.012 mg/kg), and cadmium (0.004±0.001 mg/kg). In fiberglass ponds, the metal concentrations were as follows: zinc (14.21±0.22 mg/kg), lead (0.067±0.012 mg/kg), and cadmium (0.003 ± 0.001 mg/kg). Conclusion: Generally, the concentrations of all metals in control and probiotic-treated ponds were below the permissible limits.
