fa ردپای سمیت بوم سازگان‌های خشکی و آبی بر مبنای دیدگاه چرخه حیات در تولید متانول The Toxicity footprint of Terrestrial and Aquatic Ecosystems Based on Life Cycle Perspective in Methanol Production تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: ردپای سمیت محیط ‌زیستی تولید مواد شیمیایی با توجه به توسعه صنعتی حال حاضر، رو به افزایش است. ردپای سمیت به شرایط محیطی، زمان ورود عوامل مسمومیت به محیط و خصوصیات مادۀ منتشر شده در بوم سازگان‌های خشکی و آبی (شیرین و شور) بستگی دارد. در مدیریت محیط ‌زیست، شناخت جامع از ردپای سمیت و دلایل بروز آن اهمیت زیادی دارد. می‌توان ردپای سمیت را بر اساس ایزو 14040، براساس دیدگاه چرخه حیات به صورت جامع و یکپارچه مطالعه نموده و مهم ترین مولفه ها و مراحل چرخه حیات موثر بر آن را شناسایی نمود. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی ردپای سمیت به تفکیک واحدهای پشتیبان و فرآیندی تولید متانول به روش ارزیابی چرخه حیات بوده است، و به دلیل بحث حساسیت و محدودیت‌هایی که در بوم سازگان آبی وجود دارد حوزه سمیت آب های شیرین و آب شور نیز بررسی شد. شناسایی و کمی‌سازی ردپای سمیت به تفکیک واحدهای فرآیندی و پشتیبان به شناخت بهتری از وضعیت واحد تولید متانول کمک خواهد کرد. با تعیین اولویت‌های لازم می‌توان برای برنامه کاهش ردپای محصول اقدام نمود. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه، مرز سامانه با رویکرد گهواره تا دروازه و واحد عملکردی تولید هزار تن متانول از گاز طبیعی درنظر گرفته شد. نتایج: نتایج پیامدهای ارزیابی ردپای سمیت بوم سازگان خشکی، آب‌های شیرین و آب‌ دریا به ازای هزارتن تولید متانول به ترتیب 176000، 4990، 6390 کیلوگرم معادل دی کلروبنزن است. واحدهای فرآیندی در میزان ردپای سمیت بوم سازگاران خشکی، آب های شیرین و آب دریا بیش تر از واحدهای پشتیبان تاثیرگذار بودند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: میزان ردپای سمیت مرتبط با واحدهای فرآیندی به ترتیب بوم سازگان خشکی، آب‌های شیرین و آب‌ دریا به میزان 96/3، 77/3 و 76/4 درصد بوده است.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">Introduction: Given the current industrial development, the footprint of chemical production’s environmental toxicity is increasing. The toxicity footprint depends on the environmental conditions and the time of poisoning agents’ entry into the environment, as well as the properties of the substance released in terrestrial and aquatic (fresh and salty) ecosystems. In environmental management, a comprehensive understanding of the toxicity footprint and its causes is of paramount importance. Using life-cycle assessment, the toxicity footprint may be studied comprehensively and integratedly and based on the life cycle perspective, resulting in the identification of the most important life cycle components and stages affecting it. The present study was aimed at investigating the toxicity footprint of methanol production severally by utility and process units in terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems by the life-cycle assessment method. Identification and quantification of the toxicity footprint severally by process and utility units would contribute to better recognizing the methanol production unit’s situation. By determining the necessary priorities, the plan of reducing the footprint of the product could be initiated. The system boundary was gate to gate of methanol production from natural gas. Materials & Methods: The functional unit in this study was one thousand tons of methanol production. Results: According to the current study results, compared to the utility units, the process units were more effective in the toxicity footprint of terrestrial ecosystems, freshwater, and seawater.
