fa الگوریتم مناسب جهت برآوردکلروفیل a با استفاده از داده های میدانی و تصاویر ماهواره ای در آب های خلیج فارس (استان هرمزگان) A suitable algorithm for estimating chlorophyll- a using field data and satellite images in the waters of the Persian Gulf (Hormozgan Province) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding: 0in 12px; text-align: justify;" valign="top">مقدمه: این تحقیق جهت تخمین غلظت کلروفیل a با استفاده از داده های میدانی و تصاویر ماهواره ای و دستیابی به الگوریتم مناسب مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.   مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق 22 ایستگاه در آب های خلیج فارس محدوده استان هرمزگان واقع در آب های ساحلی و دور از ساحل طی آذر 1399 لغایت دی 1400 به طور ماهانه انجام گرفت. نمونه برداری از آب جهت سنجش کلروفیل a با استفاده از بطری روتنر از نیم متری زیر سطح آب صورت گرفت. هم چنین برای سنجش میزان کلروفیل a و یافتن الگوریتم مناسب از تصاویر ماهواره سنتینل 3 ((Sentinel3 سازمان فضایی اروپا استفاده گردید. در این تحقیق، میزان اختلاف مقادیر برداشت شده زمینی کلروفیل و مقادیر حاصل از الگوریتم های مختلف برای هر پیکسل برآورد گردید. نتایج: در مطالعه حاضرمیزان غلظت کلروفیل a در آب های ساحلی بندرعباس 0/118±3/391 و در مناطق دور از ساحل 0/115±2/087 میلی گرم بر مترمکعب  به ترتیب به دست آمد. در آب های ساحلی کلروفیلa  غلظت بالاتری را نشان داد. نتایج میدانی با الگوریتم های مختلف برآورد chl a (OC4,OC5,OC6,OC4ME) و هم چنین نتایج با محصولات کلروفیل سازمان فضایی اروپا مقایسه گردید و از بین الگوریتم های مورد بحث، الگوریتم  OC4MEدارای بیش ترین مقدار ضریب تعیین(R2)  0/224 برای کلروفیل a بود. براساس نتایج موجود، میزان کلروفیلa  برای درصد قابل توجهی از پیکسل ها، با اختلافی کم تر از 2 میلی گرم بر متر مکعب نسبت به مقادیر واقعی برآورد گردید. در روش OC4ME مقادیر کلروفیل a برای بیش از 78 درصد از پیکسل ها با اختلافی کم تر از 2 میلی گرم بر مترمکعب با مقادیر واقعی ثبت شدندکه دقت نسبی مناسبی را نشان داد. الگوریتم OC4ME و تصاویر ماهواره ای دریافت شده از سنتینل 3 جهت تعیین تراکم ریزجلبک از طریق کلروفیلa  برای آب های خلیج فارس (هرمزگان) مناسب تر از سایر الگوریتم معرفی گردید. بحث و نتیجه گیری: جهت پایش شکوفایی ریزجلبک می توان از تصاویر ماهواره ای که غلظت کلروفیلa  را نشان می دهد با سرعت بیش تر و هزینه کم تر در امر مدیریت سواحل، هشدار و جلوگیری از صدمات ناشی از شکوفایی ریزجلبک در آب های ورودی مزارع پرورش میگو، آب های اطراف قفس های پرورش ماهی و آب شیرین کن ها بهره گرفت.</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: This research was conducted to estimate the concentration of chlorophyll a using field data and satellite images and finding the appropriate algorithm. Materials & Methods: In this research, 22 stations in the waters of the Persian Gulf of Hormozgan province, located on the coast and far from the coast, during December 2019 to December 2014, were examined monthly. Sampling of water to measure chlorophyll a was done using a Rotner bottle from half a meter below the water surface. Sentinel 3 (Sentinel 3) satellite images, which can be downloaded daily from international sites with a delay of up to 3 hours for free, were used. In this research, the difference between the collected ground chlorophyll values and the values obtained from different algorithms was estimated for each pixel. Results: In the present study, the concentration of chlorophyll a in the coastal waters of Bandar Abbas was 3/391±0/118 and in the areas away from the coast 2/087±0/115 mg/m3, respectively. In coastal waters, chlorophyll a had a higher concentration. According to the field results and comparing different chl a estimation algorithms (OC4, OC5, OC6, OC4ME) and also comparing the results with the chlorophyll products of the European Space Organization OL_2_WFT among the discussed algorithms, the OC4ME algorithm has the highest coefficient of determination (R2) of 0/224 was for chlorophyll a. Based on the available results, the amount of chlorophyll a was estimated for a significant percentage of pixels with a difference of less than 2 mg/m3 compared to the actual values. In the OC4ME method, the values of chlorophyll a were recorded for more than 78% of the pixels with a difference of less than 2 mg/m3 with the actual values, so they had a good relative accuracy. The results showed that the OC4ME algorithm and satellite images received from Sentinel 3 are suitable for determining the density of microalgae through chlorophyll a for the waters of the Persian Gulf (Hormozgan).
