Introduction: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of green human resource management on organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment, considering the mediating role of environmental performance. Materials & Methods: The current research is applied in terms of purpose.In terms of how to collect correlation information, it is through structural equation modeling.The statistical population of this research consists of all the employees of the administrative and audit headquarters of the National Accounts Court, with an approximate number of 850 people.In this research, to determine the sample size, taking into account that the size of the population was limited, the Morgan table was used.By referring to the table of Morgan, the number of samples was calculated to be 265 people, simple random sampling method was used to select the sample. Results: The results showed that green human resource management has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment, considering the mediating role of environmental performance.Green human resource management has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment.Green human resource management has a direct impact on environmental performance.Environmental performance has a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior towards the environment. Conclusion: The world is entering and experiencing the green economy.An economy where human power and capital as the main axis in economic growth shows the superiority of its share in front of physical capital.By increasing and improving the management of green human resources, we can witness the strengthening of the environmental performance of the administrative and audit staff of the State Audit Office.
