تاثیر یک دوره هم افزایی تمرین شنا در آب گرم و سرد به همراه مصرف مکمل دارچین بر برخی شاخص های آپوپتوزی بافت قلب رت های دیابتی توسط استرپتوزوتوسین

مقدمه: یافته ­های اخیر نشان داده است که فعالیت بدنی و استفاده از آنتی اکسیدان­ ها می ­توانند منجر به کاهش عواقب ناشی از بیماری دیابت گردند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر هم ­افزایی یک دوره تمرین شنا در آب گرم و سرد و مکمل­ دهی با دارچین بر بیان شاخص ­های آپوپتوزی بافت قلب (Bax وBcl-2) در رت­ های دیابتی، صورت گرفت.
مواد و روش‎ها: مطالعه حاضر یک تحقیق بنیادی تجربی با طرح پس آزمون همراه با گروه کنترل بود که روی 49 موش ماده نژاد اسپراگوداولی (Sprague Dawley) بالغ صورت گرفت. تعداد 7 سر موش به عنوان گروه کنترل سالم  و 42 سر موش دیابتی شده در گروه­ های 1) کنترل دیابتی، 2) دیابتی تمرین شنا در دمای 5 درجه سانتی گراد، 3) دیابتی و مصرف دارچین، 4) دیابتی و تمرین شنا در دمای 5 درجه سانتی گراد و مصرف دارچین، 5) دیابتی تمرین شنا در دمای 36 درجه سانتی گراد و 6) دیابتی و تمرین شنا در دمای 36 درجه سانتی گراد و مصرف دارچین قرار گرفتند. تمرین شنا به مدت 8 هفته در آب با دمای 5 و 36 درجه سانتی­ گراد صورت گرفت. عصاره آبی دارچین با دوز 200 میلی گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدن حیوانات به صورت خوراکی تجویز شد. اندازه ­گیری بیان ژن ­های Bax و Bcl2 با استفاده از واکنش زنجیره ایی پلیمراز (Real time PCR) صورت گرفت.
نتایج: مصرف دارچین، تمرین شنا و ترکیب این دو مداخله بر میزان ژن­ های BAX و BCL2 بافت قلب رت­های دیابتی شده اثر معنی ­دار داشت. میانگین بیان ژن BAX در گروه دیابتی+ تمرین در دمای سرد (0/03=P؛ 0/259-=MD)، گروه دیابتی+ تمرین در آب گرم (0/001=P؛ 0/875- =MD)، گروه دیابتی+ تمرین در دمای سرد+دارچین (0/001=P؛ 1/291 =MD) و گروه دیابتی+ تمرین در دمای گرم+دارچین (0/001=P؛ 1/673- =MD) کاهش معنی ­داری نسبت به گروه کنترل دیابتی داشت.
بحث و نتیجه ­گیری: به نظر می ­رسد که هشت ﻫﻔﺘﻪ ﺗﻤﺮﻳﻦ ﺗﻨﺎوﺑﻰ ﺷﺪﻳﺪ ﻣﻰﺗﻮاﻧﺪ با ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺑﻴﺎن ژن BAX و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ژن BCL-2 در ﻣﻴﻮﻛﺎرد ﻣﻮش ﻫﺎی ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ دﻳﺎﺑﺖ، آﭘﻮﭘﺘﻮز را در ﺑﻄﻦ ﭼﭗ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داده و اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻً ﻛﺎردﻳﻮﻣﻴﻮﭘﺎﺗﻰ دﻳﺎﺑﺘﻰ را ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺑﺨﺸﺪ.
